Terms of Deployment

|

Welcome to SpaceWhale. By utilizing our custom email setups, websites, or background containers, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.

1. Container Deployment Limits

SpaceWhale grants virtual resource container slots. You are responsible for stay within your allocated CPU and memory boundaries (e.g. 512MB RAM). Consistent resource overruns may trigger automatic thread restarts.

2. Banned Applications & Scripts

You may not host, execute, or store scanner tools, DDoS triggers, keyloggers, cryptominers, malware, or phishing interfaces. Accounts violating this term are blocked instantly.

3. Email System Integrity

Our email mailboxes must be used strictly for communication. Deploying slots to distribute cold outreach, bulk commercial newsletters, or unsolicited marketing spam is strictly prohibited.

4. DNS Domain Ownership

You must possess administrative authority to point A, CNAME, or MX records of a domain to our servers. Domain hijacking or unauthorized proxying is forbidden.

5. Recurring Subscription Cycles

Hosting slots are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any point via your control portal to halt billing for subsequent periods.

6. Service Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend your hosting slots if your code attacks another client's namespace, hosts copyrighted assets without permission, or violates local cyber safety regulations.

7. Uptime Target

We aim for a 99.9% network availability rate. SpaceWhale is not liable for data losses or software crashes resulting from hosting slot operation. We recommend preserving external backups of database volumes.

8. Edge Protection Intercepts

If your website attracts massive traffic volumes that impact cluster routing nodes, we reserve the right to temporarily direct requests through our secondary scrubbers.

9. Live Console Feed Security

Although you have real-time access to container log feeds, you must avoid writing unencrypted passwords or API tokens into console stream outputs to prevent session exposure.

10. Modification of Service Guidelines

SpaceWhale may update these terms to align with system improvements. Continued execution of your containers or custom email routes indicates consent to the modified rules.
